Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a refund, you must meet all of the following criteria:
✅ Within 7 days of purchase ✅ Less than 5% credit usage from the purchase ✅ Valid proof of purchase (transaction ID or receipt) ✅ Account in good standing (no Terms of Service violations)

Required Information
Before submitting your refund request, please gather the following information:
1. Transaction Details
- Transaction ID or Order Number
- Purchase Date (MM/DD/YYYY)
- Purchase Amount (in USD)
- Payment Method (credit card, debit card, PayPal, etc.)
You can find this information in:
- Your email receipt from Stripe
- Your account's purchase history
- Your bank or credit card statement
2. Account Information
- Email Address associated with your Nano Banana Pro account
- Account Username (if applicable)
- Google Account Email (used for authentication)
3. Refund Reason
- Brief explanation of why you're requesting a refund
- Specific issues encountered (if applicable)
- Screenshots or evidence (optional but helpful)
4. Credit Usage Information
- Total credits purchased in the transaction
- Credits used from that purchase
- Credits remaining from that purchase
You can check your credit usage in your Account Settings → Credit History.
How to Submit Your Refund Request
You have two options to submit your refund application:

Step 3: Decision (1-7 Business Days Total)

- Approved: Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days

Step 4: Refund Processing (If Approved)

- Denied Refund: All credits remain in your account
Can I request a refund for a subscription?
Subscription refunds have different rules:
- Monthly subscriptions: No partial refunds
- Annual subscriptions: May be eligible within first 30 days with <5% usage

Important Reminders
Before You Request a Refund
⚠️ Download Your Images: We recommend downloading any images you want to keep before requesting a refund, as account access may be affected.
⚠️ Check Credit Usage: Verify that you've used less than 5% of the purchased credits. You can check this in your Account Settings.
⚠️ 7-Day Window: Ensure your request is submitted within 7 days of purchase. Late requests cannot be processed.
⚠️ Avoid Chargebacks: Do NOT initiate a chargeback with your bank while your refund request is being processed. This will result in immediate account suspension.
