Summary

• You can request a refund within 7 days of a purchase if you have used less than 5% of the credits from that purchase.
• An approved refund covers the unused share of the purchase, minus a 5% processing fee.
• Automatic renewals are not refundable once the new billing period has started. Cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge.
• If a generation fails, its credits go back to your balance automatically. That is a credit return, not a refund.
• Rights you have under consumer law are not affected.

This policy forms part of our Terms of Service.

1. Who Can Get a Refund

You may qualify for a refund if all of these apply, subject to the exclusions in Section 4:

1. Time: you ask within 7 calendar days of the purchase. The 7 days start when the payment is completed.
2. Usage: you have used less than 5% of the credits granted by that purchase. Free credits and promotional credits are not counted.
3. Proof of purchase: the purchase can be found in our payment processor's records, and you ask from the account that made it.
4. Good standing: your account has not broken our Terms of Service, and there is no history of fraud or refund abuse.

These rules apply in the same way to monthly plans, annual plans and credit packs.

2. How the Amount Is Worked Out

Refund = purchase price × (1 − credits used ÷ credits granted) − purchase price × 5%

The 5% processing fee covers payment processing and handling costs.

Example 1, nothing used: you paid $50 for 1,000 credits and used none. Refund = $50 − $2.50 = $47.50.

Example 2, a little used: you paid $50 for 1,000 credits and used 30 (3%). Refund = $50 × 0.97 − $2.50 = $48.50 − $2.50 = $46.00.

If you have used 5% or more of the credits from a purchase, that purchase cannot be refunded.

3. Subscriptions

• The first payment of a monthly or annual subscription follows the rules in Sections 1 and 2.
• Automatic renewals are not refundable once the new billing period has started. To avoid the next charge, cancel before the renewal date in Settings → Billing.
• Cancelling stops future renewals. Your plan and its credits stay available until the end of the period you have paid for.

4. What Is Not Refundable

• Being unhappy with how a result looks, or a result not matching what you imagined.
• Mistakes in your prompt, settings or uploaded files.
• Credits used to create prohibited content or otherwise in breach of our Terms.
• Requests made more than 7 days after the purchase.
• Purchases where 5% or more of the credits have been used.
• Automatic renewals after the new billing period has started.
• Free and promotional credits.
• Repeated refund requests that look like abuse.

5. Your Credits After a Refund

When a refund is completed, all remaining credits from that purchase are removed from your account. Credits from your other purchases are not affected.

6. Duplicate Charges and Billing Errors

If you were charged twice or charged the wrong amount because of an error on our side, we refund the extra charge in full, without the processing fee.

7. Failed Generations

If a generation fails, the credits it used are returned to your balance automatically. You do not need to request anything. This is a return of credits, not a payment refund.

8. Special Circumstances

In rare cases, such as an extended outage that stopped you from using your credits, we may consider a refund outside these rules. Email [email protected] with the details.

9. Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank; most problems can be solved faster by email. If you file a chargeback, then when we receive notice of it, the remaining credits from the disputed purchase are removed and new purchases on your account are paused. Purchases are re-enabled once we confirm the dispute has been resolved.

10. How to Request a Refund

Follow the steps on the Refund Application page, or email [email protected] with your account email, order or transaction ID, purchase date and the reason for your request.

We review each request and reply by email. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method by Stripe. How long the money takes to arrive depends on your bank or card issuer.

11. Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your country, for example in the EU, the UK or Australia.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. The date at the top of this page shows the current version. Purchases are covered by the policy in effect at the time of purchase.
